Below you will find a list of links to our technical support interface:
¶ A] Via the Open Lake Technology website
From our website: https://www.open-lake.com/
- Click on "Useful links" from the navigation bar
- Click on "Our support" to be redirected to our support interface.
- You will be redirected to the Open Lake Technology ticket creation form:
- Fill in the different fields:

Enter your company name and the title of your request:

- You can attach a file to your application.
- Click on "I am not a robot".
- Press the 'Submit' button to send your 1st ticket
IMPORTANT : When you send your first order, an account will automatically be created and attached to your email address.
You will receive a message (below) on your mailbox to set up your password for the follow-up of your different tickets.

- Click on "New support Ticket" to create a new ticket (see the different fields to fill in)
¶ C] Send an email to our dedicated mailbox
You can also open a ticket by contacting our support via the following email address from your email account:
You will receive an email confirming the creation of a ticket as well as various emails on the follow-up of the ticket.

¶ Section II : Account creation on the support interface
From the support interface, you have the possibility to:
- Log in
- Create a user account
¶ A] Create your user account
- Click on « Sign up »
- Fill in the following fields: Username and your email address. (Then click on: "I am not a robot").
- Press "Register"
IMPORTANT : Once the form is validated, you will receive a temporary password in your mailbox.
You will be redirected to the login form:
- Enter your email address and your temporary password.
- An email confirming the creation of your account will be sent to you.
- Click on the link sent by email to access the main interface and reset your password
- Enter your username and new password.
- Press "Activate and Log in" to be redirected to the main interface
From this interface you have the possibility to:
- Follow the evolution of your tickets (Section: Ticket)
- Access some of our documentation (Section: Solutions)
IMPORTANT : We invite you to visit our website https://doc.open-lake.com/ to access our complete documentation of our OPENLAKE TECHNOLOGY solution.
¶ B] Logging into your user account
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click on "Login".
IMPORTANT : When you validate your entry, a second window appears to identify you a second time. It is imperative that you fill in this second form.
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Click on "Sign In".
